Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Misalignment-Aware Wireless EV Charging Analysis The present invention relates to a misalignment-aware wireless electric vehicle charging system and method for improving inductive power transfer efficiency under lateral displacement conditions. The system comprises an alternating current power source (10), a high-frequency inverter (20), a Double-D transmitter coil assembly (30), a Double-D receiver coil assembly (40), a rectifier and power conditioning unit (50), a battery charging controller (60), ferrite backing structures (70), a misalignment detection module (80), a magnetic flux analysis module (90), a finite element magnetic modelling module (100), an electromagnetic validation module (110), a data processing module (120), and an intelligent predictive compensation controller (130). The invention determines magnetic flux asymmetry by analysing magnetic flux density along multiple magnetic paths under aligned and laterally displaced conditions, validates electromagnetic characteristics through hybrid modelling, processes magnetic field information, and dynamically adjusts charging parameters to maintain efficient magnetic coupling. The invention provides improved charging efficiency, reduced magnetic leakage, enhanced operational reliability, and intelligent wireless charging suitable for electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
