Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (100) for milk quality testing and traceability throughout a milk supply chain. The system (100) testing the milk samples using a test strip. A milk track engine (104) is communicatively coupled with the user device (102) via a network (106). The milk track engine comprises a processor (114) equipped with a receiving engine (118) to capture and analyze test strip images, detecting adulterants, and mapping these images with preset reference images in color reference element using a mapping engine (120). An analysis engine (122) evaluates the milk quality based on identified color codes, and a reporting engine (124) generates reports detailing adulterants, milk quality, and compliance with standards. This system ensures efficient milk quality monitoring and traceability across the supply chain
