MUMBAI, India, Sept. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641037160 A) filed by Manipal Academy Of Higher Education on March 26, 2026, for System And Method For Memory Management And Multi Agent Task Solution Generation.

Inventors include Dagani Jesu Sanihit; and Sanjay Singh.

The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for retrieving a persistent reflection and selecting a task solution among a plurality of independently generated candidate task solutions. The system comprises a memory (203) retaining a persistent memory pool, a task query interface (207), a network interface (205) coupling the system to a language model service (103), and a processor (201) coupled thereto. The processor (201) independently executes a plurality of agent instruction sets (215a, 215b, 215c), each retrieving a reflection based on a similarity measure and generating a candidate task solution, evaluated using an evaluator instruction set (217). A selection instruction set (219) selects a candidate task solution based on a confidence measure derived from a trial count, and a fallback instruction set (221) generates a fallback task solution based on a failure condition, maintaining a substantially constant retrieval processing time regardless of records retained.
