The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for autonomous compliance-semantic healing of computing infrastructure is disclosed. Upon detecting an anomaly in an infrastructure component, a compliance graph database is queried to identify affected regulatory control objectives, and an atomic transaction neutralizes the anomaly while computing a breach materiality from telemetry generated strictly within the anomaly's time window and synthesizing a cryptographically signed attestation that is appended to an immutable ledger. Remediations are synthesized by an adversarial co-evolutionary process whose healer fitness is coupled to materiality; a pre-commit gate deploys a remediation only if a simulated post-heal materiality is strictly less than the anomaly materiality, evaluated per regulatory framework; and decisions exceeding a threshold are routed through a cryptographically attested escalation chain whose per-rung budgets are derived from a regulatory deadline. The invention renders autonomous remediation verifiable and materiality-bounded.
