Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MARKETING EFFICIENCY EVALUATION The present disclosure relates to a system (100) and method (200) for marketing efficiency evaluation. The marketing efficiency evaluation system (100) comprises a communication interface (120) configured to receive heterogeneous digital marketing data from a plurality of external data sources, a data ingestion interface (110) configured to process the received data, and a normalization module (112) configured to generate normalized values corresponding to a plurality of marketing parameters. A benchmarking module (114) classifies the business locations into respective peer groups and determines peer-group-specific benchmark information for normalized values. A scoring module (116) determines an efficiency score by applying configurable weightings to normalized input parameters representing marketing effort and normalized output parameters representing marketing outcomes based on the benchmark information.
