Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE MATERIALS FROM SPECIALIZED INDUSTRIAL WASTE The present disclosure provides a system and method for manufacturing composite materials from mixed waste generated by a national security press. The system includes collecting and processing security press waste materials such as Bakram waste, currency waste, and adhesive gummed paper waste. The waste materials are dried, ground, and sieved to produce a powdered base. The base is combined with a binder comprising natural gums, starch, soybean meal, and industrial by-products like Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) and limestone powder. The mixture is reinforced with cross-sectional Bakram strips, molded, cured, and hardened into desired shapes. The resulting composite materials exhibit high compressive strength, superior screw-holding capacity, excellent impact resistance, minimal water absorption, and resistance to pests and environmental degradation. The composite materials find applications in secure packaging, construction, paving, and cladding. Figure 1&2
