MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621073720 A) filed by Ankur Jain; and Anindita Tiwari on June 13, 2026, for System And Method For Manufacturer-Directed Battery Cell Degradation Diagnostics And Automated Feedback Communication.
Inventor includes Ankur Jain.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURER-DIRECTED BATTERY CELL DEGRADATION DIAGNOSTICS AND AUTOMATED FEEDBACK COMMUNICATION A battery diagnostic communication system (100) and method (200) for generating manufacturer-directed battery diagnostic information are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a measurement circuitry (102) configured to acquire operating parameters of one or more battery cells (101), a degradation assessment circuitry (104) configured to determine a degradation deviation of at least one battery cell relative to a reference condition, a diagnostic dataset generation circuitry (106) configured to generate a manufacturer diagnostic dataset based on the determined degradation deviation, and a communication circuitry (108) configured to automatically transmit the generated manufacturer diagnostic dataset to a manufacturer analytics endpoint. The degradation assessment circuitry (104) may further generate degradation trend indicators and severity classifications. The diagnostic dataset generation circuitry (106) generates a structured machine-readable dataset containing battery health information, and the communication circuitry (108) transmits the dataset to a manufacturer server, cloud analytics platform, quality monitoring database, or battery lifecycle management platform. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
