The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: A method for managing user admission and resource allocation in a next-generation wireless communication network is disclosed. The method includes receiving, at a base station (104), one or more connection requests from a plurality of user devices (102a, 102b…102n). The method includes classifying, by the base station, the plurality of user devices into a plurality of Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication (URLLC) user devices and a plurality of enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) user devices. The method includes performing admission control upon classification by determining, for each of the plurality of URLLC user devices and each of the plurality of eMBB user devices, an admission decision based on one or more available system resources and one or more predefined constraints. The method includes allocating, by the base station, transmission power and the one or more available system resources to the plurality of URLLC user devices and the plurality of eMBB user devices.
