The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING INNOVATION PROGRAM WORKFLOWS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS The present invention discloses a system and a method for managing innovation program workflows using artificial intelligence models. The system (102) receives application data from entrepreneurial entities and performs validation using predefined validation rules to ensure completeness and conformity. Validated application data is processed through multi-level evaluation workflows using configurable scoring rubrics. Evaluation scores obtained from human reviewers and artificial intelligence models are analysed to generate artificial intelligence–assisted recommendation scores and priority rankings. The system (102) computes compatibility scores between mentors and the entrepreneurial entities to generate ranked mentor recommendations and manages mentorship activities within cohort programs. Predictive analytics generate cumulative scores and success probability forecasts by analysing entrepreneurial entity profile data against historical program performance data. Workflow states are automatically transitioned based on rankings, compatibility scores, and predictive outcomes. The system (102) further supports funding management portfolio tracking and analytics dashboards. FIG. 2
