The patients can view real-time healthcare data, schedule services remotely via a patient mobile application, while healthcare providers monitor patient actions and respond in real time via a healthcare mobile application. The system (100) also integrates an artificial intelligence module to collect and analyse real- time data on patient interactions, healthcare resource usage, and procedural workflows, providing real-time feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
