Abstract: An adaptive channel allocation and resource management system is disclosed for managing communication channels and associated finite resources among a plurality of managed nodes. The system acquires time-associated channel, traffic, interference, congestion and resource-state information and generates a correlated resource- state digital map. A demand profiler determines near-term demand together with prediction confidence, while a predictive reservation controller determines a bounded reserve resource margin according to forecast demand and confidence. An allocation engine generates admissible channel-resource assignments under resource, fairness and policy constraints and selects an assignment using a composite criterion including expected service utility and a stability penalty representing reassignment cost. An enforcement controller applies the selected assignment, and a feedback unit compares measured post-allocation performance with expected performance to update prediction confidence, contention information and allocation parameters. The closed-loop arrangement reduces unnecessary switching, enables anticipatory congestion management and improves utilisation of shared communication and computing resources.
