Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for machine learning-assisted automated pharmaceutical formulation optimization and stability prediction. The invention comprises a pharmaceutical formulation database, a data acquisition module, a data preprocessing engine, a feature engineering module, a machine learning prediction engine, a formulation optimization engine, a stability prediction engine, a recommendation and reporting module, and a graphical user interface. Pharmaceutical formulation data including active pharmaceutical ingredient characteristics, excipient compositions, manufacturing parameters, physicochemical properties, dissolution profiles, and stability records are acquired and processed to develop predictive computational models. The formulation optimization engine identifies optimized formulation compositions, while the stability prediction engine estimates formulation stability, degradation behaviour, and expected shelf life under different storage conditions. The recommendation module generates optimized formulation recommendations and analytical reports for pharmaceutical researchers and manufacturers. The invention significantly reduces formulation development time, minimizes experimental iterations, improves prediction accuracy, enhances formulation reliability, and supports efficient pharmaceutical product development through intelligent computational analysis.
