Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Location-Based Trade Forecasting and Resource Allocation Management The present disclosure is directed to a location based trade forecasting and resource allocation management system and method. The system collects heterogeneous trade, inventory, transportation, geographic, environmental and resource data and transforms the data into synchronised spatiotemporal states. An adaptive geo-cell generation module dynamically adjusts the resolution of geographic processing based on trade flow volatility, data density and forecast uncertainty. A trade flow reconstruction module and a geo-spatiotemporal digital twin create linked representations of geographically dispersed trade conditions. A multi-resolution forecasting module creates location-specific forecasts and an uncertainty propagation module propagates forecast uncertainty across interlinked trade and resource nodes. A resource deficit prediction module identifies predicted shortages and a constraint-aware allocation module generates resource allocation configurations taking into account availability, transport capacity, geographic distance, priority and uncertainty. A closed-loop feedback module compares the actual post-allocation state and the forecasted post-allocation state and automatically adjusts the processing resolution, the forecasting parameters, or the allocation configurations. The system offers adaptive forecasting, uncertainty-aware resource management, lowered computational overhead and flexible resource reallocation.
