MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611099876 A) filed by Invictor Tech Private Limited on August 19, 2026, for System And Method For Lifecycle Administration And Enforcement Of Committed Industrial Production Capacity Reservation Objects.
Inventor includes Shriyans Saxena.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: Systems and methods for administering a capacity reservation data object representing reserved industrial production capacity across coupled state machines are disclosed. A data store (102) maintains an instrument state record (104) and lot records (106), each bound to one certified supplier record (108) and one buyer account (110), instrument level and lot level state machines (120, 122) coupled through synchronisation conditions (124). A parameter locking module (126) enforces a one way write barrier for the committed parameter set, variations appended as adjustment records (116). An allocation engine (128) generates pool level certification before, and buyer specific qualification after, allocation, wherein a non propagation constraint enforced within the data model ensures the qualification state of a lot has no effect upon any other lot, certification inputs being excluded from qualification adjudication. A routing engine (132) routes classified failures to structurally distinct remediation state machines (134, 136).
