The system (100) comprises a sensor platform (102) including a multi-camera imaging system (104) having an ultra-wide camera (104a), a primary wide-angle camera (104b), and a telephoto camera (104c), a LiDAR depth sensor (106), an adaptive illumination module (108), and an inertial measurement unit (110). A sensor fusion engine (114) generates device pose and depth map information (112) and cooperates with a world coordinate anchoring module (116) to perform ranging, metric scale recovery, surface isolation, camera selection, zoom arbitration, pose estimation, and spatial anchoring. An on-device AI processing engine (118) performs lesion detection, segmentation, image quality assessment, measurement, analysis, and optional triage.
