Abstract: ABSTRACT The current invention describes a smart parcel management system which includes secure locker facilities and intelligent system monitoring which automates the complete process of parcel storage and retrieval operations while providing stronger security measures and better operational performance. The system functions through a microcontroller-based control unit which connects with sensors and communication systems and actuator devices to perform automated functions. A load cell sensor detects the position of parcels which helps in operating dynamic locker systems that adjust according to their current status. The system utilizes a communication module which delivers real-time updates to users about their parcel delivery status and locker information. The system uses a one-time password authentication system to create secure access controls which permit only approved users to access their parcels. The system has an IoT module which allows users to monitor and control its functions through a cloud platform. The invention also provides an alert mechanism to notify users about uncollected parcels, thereby improving system efficiency. The proposed system provides a dependable automated system which delivers secure parcel management solutions that work effectively in residential and commercial and institutional settings.
