The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a system and method for fraud detection and prevention through the use of an intent continuity-based fraud detection and prevention system in financial transactions. A transaction device captures a time-ordered set of transaction formation events and creates cryptographic linkages of the events into event commitments. An event commitment associated with the last transaction event is bound to the intended transaction parameters, transaction session identification and device attestation to create an intent-continuity record. A transaction control server evaluates the final transaction instruction against the intent-continuity record to determine an instruction mutation status and evidence reliability status. A recoverability engine determines the interval in which the transaction amount could prevent the spendability by the recipient of the transaction amount. In cases where there is uncertainty of the transaction integrity, verification evidence is obtained while the transaction amount remains protected in a protected ledger state. Fig. 4
