The system comprises a battery pack (1), sensing and data acquisition layer (2), edge gateway and data processing unit (3), multi-agent swarm intelligence engine (4), digital twin simulation layer (5), adaptive energy routing and control layer (6), actuation and power control interface (7), predictive electro-thermal risk management module (8), self-healing and reconfiguration manager (9), database and historical storage (10), AI and analytics engine (11), and HMI, cloud and connectivity layer (12). Each battery cell is represented as an autonomous software agent that collaboratively evaluates battery health while a digital twin continuously simulates electrochemical, thermal, and degradation behavior. Artificial intelligence predicts potential failures and enables adaptive energy routing, predictive risk mitigation, and autonomous battery reconfiguration.
