Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTELLIGENT BIG-DATA ANALYTICS AND DECISION SUPPORT IN INDUSTRY 4.0 ENVIRONMENTS The present invention relates to an intelligent big-data analytics and decision-support system and method for Industry 4.0 environments involving industrial and healthcare data ecosystems. The invention integrates heterogeneous data acquisition devices, Internet-of-Things (IoT) systems, cyber-physical systems, distributed computing infrastructures, edge- computing platforms, and machine-learning/deep-learning models within a unified analytical framework. The system acquires real- time operational, biomedical, imaging, and sensor datasets from distributed sources and performs scalable preprocessing, filtering, normalization, distributed storage, and intelligent analytics using cloud and edge architectures. The analytics engine executes machine-learning and deep-learning models for predictive maintenance, defect detection, anomaly identification, survivability estimation, quality control, and operational optimization. A decision-support module generates automated recommendations, predictive alerts, healthcare predictions, and production-control outputs for industrial and healthcare applications. The invention further improves scalability, latency reduction, data integration, operational efficiency, predictive intelligence, and real-time decision- making across complex Industry 4.0 infrastructures using distributed analytical and intelligent automation mechanisms.
