MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511013607 A) filed by Jugapro India Pvt Ltd on February 17, 2025, for System And Method For Infrastructure-Level Integrity-Conditioned Federated Cybersecurity Intelligence With Executable Artifact Lineage Verification.
Inventors include Navneet Kakkar; Pawan Kakkar; and Veer Kakkar.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The invention discloses a system and method for infrastructure level integrity conditioned federated cybersecurity intelligence in which model update artifacts generated by distributed endpoint devices are cryptographically bound to an active executable artifact hash set representing software components present during telemetry generation. Each endpoint collects telemetry, performs local anomaly model training, and embeds a cryptographic lineage reference within its model update artifact. A federated aggregation layer verifies this lineage using integrity validation mechanisms, including cryptographic verification, hardware attestation, registry comparison, or distributed ledger validation. Only updates that successfully pass provenance verification are permitted to mutate the global model state, with verification failures resulting in rejection and participation gating. Build artifacts are recorded immutably in a ledger and validated prior to installation on endpoints. The system thereby prevents contamination of federated learning processes by compromised or tampered executables and ensures secure, trustworthy propagation of anomaly detection intelligence across distributed computing infrastructures.
