Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) frameworks within Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) organizations. The invention comprises a data acquisition module configured to collect workforce-related information from a plurality of enterprise systems, a preprocessing module for validating, anonymizing and transforming the collected data, a workforce profiling engine for generating multidimensional workforce profiles using machine learning, a diversity and equity assessment engine for computing organizational fairness metrics, and an artificial intelligence analytics engine configured to detect algorithmic bias, predict workforce trends and evaluate diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging indicators. The invention further comprises an explainable artificial intelligence module configured to generate interpretable decision explanations, an adaptive recommendation engine configured to recommend corrective organizational interventions, an optimization engine configured to optimize intervention strategies based on organizational objectives, and a governance module configured to continuously monitor workforce performance and generate automated compliance reports. The system further incorporates a continuous learning mechanism configured to retrain machine learning models using organizational feedback, thereby enabling adaptive improvement of DEIB implementation over time. The invention provides a scalable, transparent and intelligent computational framework that improves workforce fairness, minimizes algorithmic bias, enhances organizational inclusiveness, supports regulatory compliance and enables data-driven governance across AI-enabled enterprises.
