Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hybrid logistics route optimization system and method for coordinated warehouse and delivery management. The system comprises a logistics data communication unit configured to receive warehouse and delivery data, a warehouse graph generation processor configured to construct a warehouse graph and generate congestion-adjusted traversal parameters, a warehouse route optimization processor configured to generate a warehouse picking route by determining a pick sequence and reconstructing a continuous traversal path, a delivery route generation processor configured to generate delivery regions, estimated delivery times, and delivery routes, an integrated logistics control processor configured to synchronize warehouse picking operations with delivery scheduling to generate an integrated logistics schedule, and a route transmission unit configured to transmit warehouse traversal information and delivery routing information to external computing devices. The coordinated processing of warehouse and delivery operations enables integrated logistics route generation using dynamically updated logistics data.
