Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HYBRID CRYPTOGRAPHIC COMMUNICATION USING MACHINE LEARNING-BASED INTRUSION DETECTION AND SECURE ECC KEY MANAGEMENT A hybrid cryptographic communication system integrated with machine learning-based intrusion detection for secure digital data transmission is disclosed. The system comprises a data input module (1), a data identification generator (2), a hash generation module (3), a packet verification module (4), a symmetric encryption 10 module (5), an asymmetric key encryption module (6), and a packet formation module . (7) configured to generate secured communication packets. A machine learning intrusion detection module (8) associated with a traffic analysis engine (9) analyzes packet behavior, protocol information, transmission timing, and communication characteristics to identify malicious communication activity before decryption. A 15 trusted key authentication module (1 0) verifies receiver identity before releasing private decryption credentials. A secure decryption module (11) decrypts encrypted communication data after successful authentication. An integrity validation module (12) compares integrity verification values to identify tampering, unauthorized modification, and communication corruption. The inventio.n provides secure, 20 authenticated, scalable, and reliable real-time communication with automated encryption, intrusion detection, packet verification, and integrity validation.
