MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202631109134 A) filed by Brainware University on September 11, 2026, for System And Method For Hardware-Attested Episodic Experience Archival And Verifiable Reconstruction.

Inventors include Dr. Ranadip Kundu; and Mr. Alankar Das Dalal.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: A hardware-attested episodic experience archival system (100) acquires temporally associated data from heterogeneous sensing interfaces (102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112). A trusted acquisition controller (120), operating with a hardware security element (126) and protected monotonic counter (128), binds sensor-origin, payload- digest, sequence and time information before higher-level processing. A synchronisation engine (130) maps sensor streams to a common episode-time domain with timing uncertainty. An event-boundary engine (140) forms episodic windows, and a physical-coherence gate (150) evaluates cross-modal physical relations to establish a capture-time trust state. A secure sealing engine (160) cryptographically locks the state and forms a chained Episodic Experience Capsule (170). A retrieval verifier (180) verifies capsule integrity and trust-state correspondence before reconstruction through a reconstruction interface (190), thereby enabling tamper-evident archival and later verifiable reconstruction of multimodal personal-event records. FIG. 1 is the representative figure.
