MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611093258 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering And Technology Niet on July 31, 2026, for System And Method For Hardware-Accelerated Physics-Informed Csi Feedback In Wireless Networks.

Inventors include Pradumn Kumar Gupta; and Dr. Anshuman Singh.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an integrated hardware-accelerated system (100) for physics-informed CSI feedback in MIMO wireless networks. The system comprises a UE subsystem (110) with a dedicated compression accelerator chip (124) implementing hierarchical sensing convolution with diamond-shaped position- specific kernels modulated by binary spatial masks, an adaptive path quantizer (120) for dynamic path-count estimation, and a firmware controller (126) for reconfigurable operation. A BS decoder subsystem (140) includes a heterogeneous parameter recovery engine (148) with differentiated-depth amplitude-delay (150) and phase-angle (152) recovery branches, and a physical channel reconstruction module (154) employing CORDIC-based computation to rebuild CSI using the multipath propagation model. A dual-phase training strategy with parameter guidance (164) and reconstruction refinement (166) jointly optimizes the network. The system achieves over 92 percent reduction in computational complexity and two orders of magnitude lower hardware inference latency.
