MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621093734 A) filed by General Industrial Controls Private Limited on August 03, 2026, for System And Method For Generating Deterministic Hardware-Bound Industrial Control Logic From Natural Language Inputs.
Inventors include Tambe, Vinayak Bajarang; and Kulkarni, Rushikesh Chandrakant.
The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (100) and method (300) for generating industrial control logic in a deterministic and safety-anchored manner. The method may include receiving (302) a natural language input indicative of a desired control behaviour for a target industrial system, extracting (304) one or more parameters representative of the desired control behaviour, mapping (306) the parameters to at least one logic template selected from a logic template repository (110-1), binding (308) the logic template to the target system by replacing variables with corresponding hardware execution addresses, validating (310) the bound logic template against predetermined safety constraints prior to compilation, and compiling (312) the validated logic template into a deployable engineering file (222) for controlling the target industrial system, in an air gaped environment. In an embodiment, the disclosure ensures syntactical correctness, deterministic hardware binding, proactive safety enforcement, and traceability of correspondence between human intent and machine execution.
