MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621095230 A) filed by Hasmukh Jain; and Rinku Jain on August 06, 2026, for System And Method For Generating And Operating Autonomous Model Context Protocol Runtime Containers.
Inventor includes Hasmukh Jain.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A system (100) for enterprise lifecycle management and autonomous operation of Model Context Protocol servers comprises a control plane (104) that maintains server definitions and, before a client request, generates a runtime bundle having a manifest (124) containing protocol-handler definitions, resolved configuration and credential-verification state. A deployment subsystem (118) deploys a runtime container (122) on a distinct computing node at an endpoint directly addressable by an MCP client node (102), while the control plane (104) remains outside the live request and response path. A local authentication engine (126) verifies a server-scoped credential using local verifier state without a synchronous control-plane call. A protocol request handler (128) causes an external-system execution engine (130) to access an external system (132) and returns a response directly to the client node (102). An asynchronous telemetry emitter (134) transmits structured telemetry without blocking the protocol response.
