Abstract: The invention provides a system (800) and method (900) for generating high-resolution images from input low- resolution image (102). The method (900) involves determining feature vectors for image attributes (104), creating a degradation representation map based on the low-resolution image (102) and its attributes, and generating personalized parameters based on user input. The image is processed through two pathways: one that removes noise followed by blur, and another that removes blur followed by noise. These processes, guided by degradation information and personalization parameters, result in first output image (125a) and second output image (125b). The final high-resolution image is generated by upsampling at least one of the outputs. The system (800) comprises a processor and memory configured to execute these steps, providing an efficient and customizable solution for restoring and enhancing low-resolution image (102). The method (900) is adaptable to various degradation types and produces high-quality images suitable for diverse applications.
