Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for IKS-based gamified simulation learning using Tamil folklore narratives for ethical leadership development. The system comprises a narrative database module, gamified simulation engine, learner interaction interface, artificial intelligence behavioral analytics engine, reflective learning subsystem, and decision assessment engine. Indigenous folklore narratives including Ponnar–Sankar oral epic episodes are transformed into interactive role-play simulations comprising ethical dilemmas, strategic decisions, and adaptive learning pathways. Artificial intelligence algorithms analyze learner behavior, ethical reasoning patterns, leadership consistency, and decision-making activities to generate personalized competency assessments and educational feedback. Reflective learning modules reinforce value-based understanding and moral reasoning through contextual analysis and guided reflection activities. The invention provides culturally contextualized ethical leadership education, adaptive experiential learning, indigenous storytelling integration, and AI-driven educational analytics for management education and leadership training applications.
