Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for forming a retaining wall block from recycled waste plastic and a method for forming a retaining wall block from recycled waste plastic, and provides the effects of saving time and effort for washing and classifying impurities, which are foreign substances mixed with waste plastic, and increasing the tensile strength of the retaining wall block by means of the foreign substances. In the present invention, the load or tensile strength of the retaining wall block is increased by filling the inside of the retaining wall block with concrete or miscellaneous stones, thus making it possible to use the retaining wall block for various purposes. Also, in the present invention, the generation of harmful substances that are inevitably generated during an incineration process can be prevented by setting to a temperature equal to or lower than a preset temperature during a forming process, and resolidifying, thereby providing an eco-friendly effect.
