Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a quantum-assisted fleet logistics optimization system (100) comprising a fleet data acquisition module (102), a problem formulation module (104) configured to encode a vehicle routing problem into a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization formulation, and a hybrid classical- quantum processing module (106) configured to map the formulation onto qubits. A quantum path planning engine (108) generates candidate routes, which are refined by a classical refinement module (110) and validated by a constraint management module (112). A route dispatch module (114) transmits a validated route to a fleet vehicle, while a real-time re-optimization module (116) detects route deviations and triggers updated route optimization. A fleet monitoring dashboard module (118) and database module (120) provide route monitoring and data storage. The coordinated quantum-classical processing enables dynamic route generation, validation, dispatch, and re-optimization based on real-time fleet conditions.
