Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FINANCIAL DIGITAL TWIN-BASED INTEGRATED SIMULATION OF INVESTMENT CREDIT AND RISK The present invention discloses a system (100) and method (300) for creating and operating a financial digital twin to enable integrated real-time simulation of investment behaviour, credit behaviour and multi-dimensional risk exposure. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (110), a data normalization module (120), a digital twin engine (130) for generating a computational financial state vector (200), a behavioural modelling module (140) for adaptive learning of user-specific financial behaviour, a simulation engine (150) comprising investment (152), credit (154) and risk (156) sub-modules, a cross-domain analysis module (160) for modelling interdependencies between financial domains, an event processing module (170) and update module (180) for incremental event-driven updates, and an output module (190) for generating personalised predictive projections. The invention achieves improved computational efficiency, reduced simulation latency and enhanced prediction accuracy through unified incremental processing and cross-domain behavioural modelling. [
