Inventors include Yoganand S; Devesh Singhal; and Ankit Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: The system and method coordinates field services by (a) instantiating a persistent booking-thread data record corresponding to a service interaction between a requester and a worker, (b) generating corresponding text data and one or more language-specific translations associated with communication data, (c) persisting and selectively accessing the one or more language-specific translations to reduce repeated processing corresponding to previously translated voice data, (d) performing asynchronous synchronization of the persistent booking-thread data record relative to receipt of the voice data while enabling communication continuity during generation of the corresponding text data and the one or more language-specific translations, (e) deriving and synchronizing worker trip-state data including worker location information and service progress information using real-time location updates associated with the service interaction and (f) propagating updates to the persistent booking-thread data record across one or more user devices in real time.
