Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for fabricating fiber-reinforced concrete composite structures. The system comprises a structural support frame supporting a material storage assembly, a weighing assembly, a fiber dispensing assembly, a mixing assembly, a rheology monitoring assembly, a concrete transfer assembly, a placement assembly, a compaction assembly, a finishing assembly, a curing assembly, a structural inspection assembly, and an electronic control assembly communicatively coupled thereto. The weighing assembly determines constituent quantities before mixing, while the fiber dispensing assembly introduces reinforcing fibers into a rotating mixing chamber to achieve uniform dispersion. The rheology monitoring assembly continuously acquires moisture, viscosity, torque, density, temperature, rotational resistance, and fiber distribution information to regulate constituent feeding, mixing, and concrete transfer. The prepared concrete mixture is placed into a mold, compacted, finished, and cured under controlled environmental conditions. The fabricated structure is inspected using laser scanning, ultrasonic sensing, optical sensing, and surface profiling to determine dimensional accuracy, internal density distribution, fiber distribution, and surface integrity, resulting in improved structural quality, enhanced manufacturing consistency, and reliable fabrication of fiber-reinforced concrete composite structures.
