Abstract: This disclosure describes a system and method of decision support and predictive analytics using explainable artificial intelligence. The system receives multimodal data from various sources and does data harmonization for forming a unified context. An adaptive contextual knowledge graph engine is used to form relationships between entities, events, and variables for predictive processing. A predictive analytics engine is used for forecasting, classification, recommendation, and risk assessment, whereas a causal evidence reconstruction engine is used for identifying causality chains and root causes of the generated results. A predictive reliability quantification engine evaluates reliability metrics on the basis of data quality, context stability, model certainty, and historical consistency. The system further includes modules for detecting drifts, simulating counterfactual scenarios, localizing predictive uncertainty, generating explainability certificates, and managing secure auditing.
