Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE TO OPTIMIZE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) MODELS A system and method for evaluating operational performance to optimize artificial intelligence (AI) models is disclosed. The system utilizes a model functionality profiling subsystem to obtain structured information, a model evaluating subsystem to compute assurance scores, and an aggregate assurance score generating subsystem to assess AI model reliability, security, and compliance. A score validation subsystem performs comparative analysis using industry benchmarks, historical risk incidents, and expert-reviewed data. A compliance mapping subsystem detects deviations from AI compliance standards, while a dynamic control recommendation subsystem suggests mitigation strategies based on real-time model changes. The system includes a continuous monitoring subsystem for real-time performance tracking and adaptive compliance mapping. The system utilizes a weighted scoring procedure for AI risk assessment, ensuring automated, scalable, and adaptive AI governance across diverse deployment environments. The system enhances AI model transparency, security, fairness, and operational reliability while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards. Fig. No. 2
