Inventor includes Debasis Chatterji.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for evaluating candidates based on multi-level confidence score assessment. The system comprises a response analyzing system (102) to enable a reviewer to complete a first Confidence Assessment Template (CAT) by evaluating a first set of attributes based on interaction with a candidate. The system (102) determines a first confidence score. If the first confidence score meets a first predefined threshold, the system (102) facilitates a second CAT evaluation based on a second set of attributes, followed by another review to determine a second confidence score. If the second confidence score meets a second predefined threshold, a third CAT evaluation is conducted based on a third set of attributes. The system (102) then determines a third confidence score. The system (102) selects the candidate if the third confidence score meets the final or third predefined threshold, ensuring a structured and progressive evaluation process. (Refer FIG. 1)
