Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EV BATTERY DIAGNOSTICS, PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS, AND INTEROPERABLE DIGITAL BATTERY PASSPORT GENERATION The present invention discloses a system (100) and method for cross-platform electric vehicle battery diagnostics, predictive failure analytics and interoperable digital battery passport generation. The system (100) comprises a cross-platform data acquisition interface (110) that retrieves battery parameters from multiple vehicle manufacturers and chemistries, a normalization engine (120) that applies a multi-chemistry normalization algorithm to compute a standardized State of Health score, a predictive analytics module (130) that employs machine learning to identify degradation patterns and estimate Remaining Useful Life, a digital battery passport generation module (140) that assembles health and identity data into a layered digital passport with role-based access control and an alert and intervention engine (150) that monitors parameters against thresholds and dispatches automated notifications. The digital battery passport is structured into public, restricted and dynamic layers linked to a unique battery identifier for regulatory, commercial and insurance applications. [
