Abstract: A method (600) for establishing wireless communication is disclosed. The method (600) includes establishing, by a first electronic device, a first wireless connection with at least one second electronic device. The method (600) includes transmitting ICE candidate information to the second electronic device through the first wireless connection and receiving second ICE candidate information from the second electronic device. The method (600) further includes determining a second wireless connection between the electronic devices using pre-stored network context information associated with the transmitted and received ICE candidate information. The method (600) further includes establishing the second wireless connection upon detecting disconnection of the first wireless connection. The method optimizes connection establishment by utilizing stored network context, thereby reducing transition delays between different wireless connections.
