Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for improving spoken English proficiency of job seekers through a plurality of interactive digital learning modules configured to provide individualized speaking practice, speech analysis, contextual communication exercises, adaptive conversational activities, and employment-oriented language training. The system receives spoken responses from a learner through a microphone-enabled computing device and processes the responses using a speech processing engine configured to determine pronunciation characteristics, articulation, fluency, speaking rate, pauses, hesitation patterns, vocabulary usage, grammatical construction, sentence formation, response relevance, and conversational continuity. A learner competency engine establishes a multidimensional speaking profile representing individual strengths and deficiencies. An adaptive content engine selects subsequent learning activities according to the speaking profile, employment objective, selected job category, previous performance, and identified communication deficiencies. The learning modules include pronunciation exercises, vocabulary activities, sentence construction tasks, workplace conversations, self-introduction exercises, interview simulations, question-and- answer sessions, role-based dialogues, presentation activities, telephone communication exercises, and situational communication tasks.
