Abstract: A system and method for enhancing a cementitious structure through controlled infusion of a reactive mineral composition during a semi-hydration state of curing are disclosed. A hydration-state detection module monitors hydration characteristics of the cementitious structure and identifies a semi-hydration state in which internal capillary pathways remain accessible while sufficient structural rigidity has developed. Upon detection of the semi-hydration state, the reactive mineral composition is introduced into the cementitious structure through an infusion system. The reactive mineral composition penetrates internal capillary pathways and reacts with hydration products to form secondary cementitious binding phases, thereby densifying the cementitious matrix, reducing porosity, and improving durability. Residual reactive mineral particles retained within the matrix facilitate moisture-activated self-healing by generating additional cementitious binding phases that seal cracks and restore matrix integrity.
