Abstract: ABSTRACT A system for emergency alert generation and location-based safety notification includes a mobile communication device (102) with a sensor array (106) comprising an accelerometer (108), a gyroscope (110), and a microphone (112), operating in a background monitoring mode. A hardware processor (104) fuses sensor data streams into a fused sensor data set and applies a trained artificial neural network model to compute an emergency probability score representing the likelihood of an emergency event. The hardware processor (104) compares the emergency probability score against a predefined threshold and initiates a graduated escalation response upon the threshold being exceeded. Upon reaching an alert activation condition, a geographical location is acquired through a location acquisition interface (116). A backend processing server (118) transmits an emergency alert notification comprising the geographical location to pre-defined emergency contact entries, enabling passive emergency detection and automatic safety response initiation without requiring active user intervention.
