Abstract: The present disclosure relates to early neurodevelopmental risk screening. The system (100) includes a sensor device (102) that concurrently captures data streams, a caregiver observation interface (106) that receives caregiver observation data, a fusion processor (108), and a hardware processor (104). The hardware processor (104) extracts developmental markers from the data streams and assigns confidence weights to caregiver observation data based on correspondence with the extracted markers. The hardware processor (104) resamples all data to a common sampling rate with unified time index. The fusion processor (108) generates a unified fused representation by integrating the resampled, time-indexed data streams with weighted caregiver observations. A dynamic developmental risk score (110) is computed and updated upon each new data input. When the risk score (110) exceeds a predetermined threshold, a risk alert transmits to a clinician display interface presenting longitudinal trends across monitoring sessions, enabling intervention prior to a conventional diagnostic window.
