MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641098749 A) filed by Nivedita Ai LLP on August 14, 2026, for System And Method For Dynamically Controlling Execution Of A Generative Computational Model.

Inventor includes Gujjula, Dattathreya.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to runtime optimization systems. A system (200) and a method (300) are disclosed for dynamically controlling execution of a generative computational model. The system (200) receives an input data stream associated with an inference execution of the generative computational model, determines a runtime drift score based on one or more operational telemetry parameters associated with the generative computational model, modifies an inference-control parameter based on the runtime drift score satisfying an adaptive activation threshold, alters a token probability distribution based on the modified inference-control parameter, and constrains one or more output-processing variables of the generative computational model within a set of respective predefined bounds based on the altered token probability distribution. The generative computational model generates an output satisfying one or more predefined structural constraints corresponding to the constrained one or more output-processing variables.
