MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611069169 A) filed by Capovex Research & Analytics Limited on June 02, 2026, for System And Method For Dual-Field Behavioral State Modeling With Dynamic Trust-Mediated Reconciliation.

Inventors include Priyank Singhal; and Eluri Rithwik.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: A computer-implemented dual-field behavioural modelling system (100) and method for modelling behavioural states of entities within contextual environments are disclosed. The system (100) operates using a dual-field behavioural modelling architecture comprising a normative behavioural field and an idiosyncratic behavioural field. The system (100) includes a contextual input processor (102) configured to receive contextual input data, a normative behavioural backbone (104) configured to generate a population-level behavioural representation, and a personal behavioural terminal (106) configured to generate an idiosyncratic behavioural representation. A behavioural deviation engine (114) computes deviation signals including magnitude, velocity, and acceleration. A behavioural reconciliation module (108), in conjunction with a trust allocation engine (110), dynamically combines the representations to generate a reconciled behavioural state. A behavioural latent state generator (112) produces a behavioural latent state representing an internal behavioural configuration of the entity. The system further includes a behaviour lifecycle engine (118) and a behaviour simulation engine (124) for behavioural evolution and predictive evaluation. The invention enables stable, adaptive, and context-aware behavioural modelling.
