Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DOPPLER RESISTANT HYBRID MODE DOMAIN BEAMFORMING IN HIGH MOBILITY WIRELESS NETWORKS. The present invention provides a hybrid beamforming system for high-mobility wireless communication networks comprising a Uniform Circular Array (UCA) antenna configuration at a transmitter and a receiver of said wireless communication network, a Mode Domain Decomposition Module (MDDM) configured to transform spatial-domain channel information into mode-domain representations for identifying and focusing on strongest modes to involve in minimizing interference and optimizing signal strength and a hybrid beamforming unit including analog phase shifters and digital precoders cooperative to said MDDM, whereby said analog phase shifters provide rapid beam steering, while said digital precoders fine-tune communication signal for multi-user environments.
