Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a system (100) for digital twin generation and continuous optimization of a hydrogen-enriched research engine. The system (100) comprises a feature engineering module configured to process experimental engine data and generate an augmented dataset comprising thermodynamic and combustion-related parameters. A digital twin generation module processes the augmented dataset to generate analytical equations representing relationships between engine operating parameters and output characteristics and forms a digital twin model. A validation module evaluates the generated analytical equations according to predefined validation requirements. An optimization module utilizes the digital twin model as a simulated computational environment for iterative evaluation of operating conditions and determination of optimized operating parameters. A feedback module communicates the optimized operating parameters and facilitates acquisition of additional experimental engine data for updating the digital twin model. The system (100) thereby establishes a closed-loop architecture for continuous digital twin refinement and optimization.
