Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Digital Mental Health Screening and Behavioral Risk Evaluation The present disclosure relates to a system and method for performing digital mental health screening and behavioral risk assessment using adaptive multimodal signal reliability analysis and personalized behavioral assessment. The system collects physiological, behavioral, cognitive interaction, and environmental information from one or more sensing sources and synchronizes the collected data for computational processing. A dynamic signal reliability assessment engine examines incoming signals for sensor quality, historical consistency, environmental interference, motion artifacts, and data completeness before behavioral analysis. A behavioral micro-variation extraction engine extracts subtle behavioral deviations and a longitudinal behavioral baseline modeling module creates individualized reference profiles. The neuro-behavioral correlation module correlates heterogeneous parameters and an adaptive hierarchical risk fusion engine computes confidence-aware behavioral wellness indices and progression trends. The system also provides personalized intervention recommendations, adaptively optimizes sensor operation and securely manages processed behavioral descriptors.
