Abstract: The present disclosure relates toa system and method for managing assets and service level agreements (SLAs) integrates multiple subsystems to optimize asset discovery, monitoring, and SLA compliance. The system (100) includes a user device (102) connected to an SLA management engine (104) comprising a processor and several subsystems. The asset management sub-engine (118) enables asset discovery through network scans and manual inputs, sharing data with monitoring sub-engine (120) and SLA management sub-engine (122). The monitoring sub-engine (120) tracks performance metrics, detects anomalies, and provides event data. The SLA management sub-engine (122) processes event data to manage tickets, calculate downtime, and generate compliance reports. A controller sub-engine (124) interprets policies and coordinates corrective actions executed by an executor sub-engine (126). Additional features include secure authentication, role-based access, trend analysis, customizable reports, and a unified user interface, ensuring efficient, secure, and actionable SLA and asset management.
