MUMBAI, India, Sept. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641104262 A) filed by Dr. Harilal Bhaskaran on August 29, 2026, for System And Method For Deterministic Hardware-Software Synchronization Of A Global Knowledge Currency.

Inventor includes Dr. Harilal Bhaskaran.

The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: A processor-executed system (100) and a computer-implemented method are disclosed for deterministic hardware-software synchronisation of network activity. Asynchronous physical telemetry from hardware telemetry modules (101a) and digital access logs from user interfaces are captured and processed by a localised validation engine (102a). The validation engine (102a) executes a temporal concurrency lock by computing an absolute temporal delta between a physical hardware timestamp and a digital session timestamp. When the delta satisfies a predefined 50 millisecond latency threshold, a unique cryptographic state hash combining the hardware MAC address, session identifier and physical timestamp is generated, and unsynchronised or duplicate payloads are rejected to prevent double-counting. A smart contract executive processor (102b) modulates a base payload weight through closed-loop feedback based on real-time aggregate network traffic and records the stabilised cryptographic state token on a permissioned distributed ledger (102c), preventing ledger congestion and data state collisions across distributed nodes.
